  Well it's come to this. I remember as a little girl when this establishment opened. Yesterday my order was a big hot ham and cheese, moonshine burger combo with coke, size medium. ...quarter pound thick burger with just mustard, pickle and onion with a chocolate shake, no whip cream. First I not only had whip cream but it was running, hanging off side of cup. Since this seems to always happen when ordered this way and the result when I hand it back to be remade, they just whip it up into the shake, therefore giving me a more vanilla cream shake instead of chocolate!!! Yesterday I just scooped it into a napkin and handed the cream back to girl in window. Second, .. I get home with my son's meal and his ham and cheese was just cheese and burned bread....TWO THIN SMALL CIRCLES OF SHAVED HAM IN MIDDLE OF A HUGE BURNED BUN WITH CHEESE. Both burgers were dried as though they'd been in warming drawer for about an hour past time. And again all buns were burned BLACK! The medium size meal was small...I did not notice the coke size being small til my son pointed it out. I checked my receipt and was just charged for a small meal though. The "fries" OMG!! THEY WERE THE DREDGE OF CURLY FRY CRUMBLES AS WELL AS STRAIGHT FRY CRUMBLES. DRY AND HARD CRUMBLES!! Not edible at all and went straight to the trash can. I place every bit of this on the management and training of the whole establishment. Hardee's needs to step up or get on out of town. I'm ready to move Wendy's in to that prime spot. I read the other reviews and cannot believe anyone got fast drive thru service at this canton establishment in the last 2 TWENTY YEARS. Hardee's in canton is a joke about their slowness, even with their own employees. You've got no respect or loyalty in keeping their mouth shut from the teenagers who work there. New restaurant. Shameful service and food.
